When a test rocket carrying new Martian technology mistakenly launches with Madison (and the evil criminal, Killer Kane!) aboard, will Buck Rogers be able to stop the villain from using a mad scientist’s mind control ray on the population? Ep. 55 - The New Adventures of Sherlock Holmes - The Second Generation

Madison returns for her fifth adventure with Sherlock Holmes. Unfortunately when she arrives, the door is locked! She quickly realizes she and Harry (who was fired last year as the Sponsor-Dude) have both been written out of the sequel to “The Scandal in Bohemia” from Year One.  Refusing to take it lying down, Madison drags Harry to 1909 where Sherlock has retired to the country as a beekeeper. When Dr. Watson arrives for a visit with a mystery in hand, Madison will be sure to insert herself (and Harry) into the new Sherlock Holmes adventure.

Madison’s day starts out in pouring rain and gets worse when student Walter Denton’s homework, an SCR shortwave radio receiver, announces a warning about an approaching hurricane. Left in charge of the entire school when the principal, Mr. Conklin, is waylaid, Madison will have to figure out how to protect the students from this horrific weather threat. Which will be the bigger natural disaster? The hurricane, or Our Miss Standish?

The OG, King of them all, PSA on drugs is “Reefer Madness.” But those filmmakers weren’t the only ones warning their audience against the evils of marijuana use! “Hot Copy” – a 1940’s radio series featuring a hard-hitting female reporter – decided to make their own campaign against the dangerous narcotic. Reporter Anne Rogers agrees to go undercover to try and catch a “Mary Jane Peddler” who has been selling to teenagers with deadly consequences. Madison, a… er… casualuser of this “weed of violence,” goes along to expose her dealer after he doubled his prices. Will the two women stop this vile menace to their community, or will they get really, really baked?
